This outfit is a skirt with over blouse. The fabric is a sturdy cotton, soft white background with black print. The stitching is well done. There are a few rusty colored “age” spots.
This dress could fit a 22” or taller doll.

Waist: 8”
Opening around top of bodice: 12”
